The bouquet is very subtle, filigree and calls for taking some time for it. It reveals notes of peat, cocoa beans and liquorice wood. Earthy undertones with a bit of red roots. Over the minutes it displays an obvious complexity through floral, fruity notes and a refreshing touch of peppermint. On the palate, the wine is distinguished by its also very subtle way of presenting its properties. It has body, flesh and, above all, precise tannins, able to last over time. A little patience is required so that the wine can flourish. It still lacks aromatic expression on the finish. Time will settle this.
